Ingredients
Butter....1/2 Cup
Sugar ....1 Cup
Eggs ....2
Mashed Riped Banana...2 to 3
All Purpose Flour ...1 & 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder ....1 tsp
Salt...1/2 tsp
walnuts or dried fruits (as per ur wish) ...1/2 cup
Method
1.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
2.Add eggs one at a time beating after each egg.
3. Stir in mashed Bananas.
4.Now add the Purpose flour , salt and baking powder.(if u want nuts then add it now with the mixture)
5.Grease the cake pan with butter .Pour the batter into the greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 mins. Temperature may vary depending on the oven.
Making Time: 60 mins.
