Paniyaram


PANIYARAM:






Ingredients:


idly batter


onion - 1 (medium size)


ginger -small piece


green chilly -3


pepper(optional )


salt


curry leaves





Method:


1.Add salt to the idly batter and add finely chopped onions,chopped ginger and circularly sliced chillies ,pepper and curry leaves to the batter and mix the batter to thick consistency same as idly batter


2.Apply oil to the paniyaram maker and pour this batter in the paniyaram maker .Pour some oil along the sides of the paniyaram.


3.Let it cook on one side , just insert the stick on the top portion of the paniyaram ,if the batter is not sticky on the stick then turn the paniyaram on the other side and leave it for few seconds.


4.Hot and spicy paniyaram is ready to serve with chutney.
