Chappathi - Roti

Chappathi/Roti:

Ingredients:
4 cups of chappathi flour /Atta flour /Wheat flour
Water
2 spoons oil
1 spoon salt

Method:
1.Add salt to the flour and add water in small quantities and blend the batter until the batter has become soft.
2.Then add 2 spoons of oil to the batter and beat the batter nicely until it becomes loose and soft.
3.Then make small balls of the batter and flattenen the batter llike a sheet and put it on a hot flat pan .
4.Leave for 10 seconds on a side ,then press the chapathi with a flattened spoon , this chapathi will raise .Do it until it turns light brown on both the sides and serve hot with chutney.
