Poori:

Ingredients:
Atta flour/wheat flour-4 cups
Rava- 1 tsp
Salt


Method:
1.Mix the atta flour and rava and salt with water .
2.Blend the batter to the consistency until it becomes smooth and in the form to make small balls.Add a spoon of oil to the batter and leave it to rest for half hour.
3.Now make small balls out of the batter and flatten it using the rolling pin. Make sure that you dont make it very thin.
4.Heat oil in a kadai and fry the poori in side and the poori will raise when its turned up.
5.Now fluffy and smooth poori is ready and can be served with potato masala,chicken gravy,etc

Note:

Soft ,smooth and fluffy pooris are obtained by kneading a smooth batter.
