Ground Nut Chutney:



Ingredients:
1.Fried Ground Nuts/Peanuts  -1 cup
2. Garlic- 2pieces
3.Salt
4. Ginger -1 inch piece
5.Green chilly-5
6.Oil (Nallenai)
7.Grated coconut-1/2 cup
8. Asafetida
9. Tamarind- 1 inch

Method:
1.Heat 1 spoon oil in the pan and fry the garlic cloves ,ginger ,green chili and add asafetida  .
2. Grind all the ingredients along with the fried ingredients and make it into a fine paste with salt.
3. Heat oil (Nallenai) in the pan and add the, mustard seeds and urid dhal and add curry leaves.
4. Then add the things mentioned in step 3 to the grounded paste .Peanut chutney are ready to serve.
5. Peanut chutney goes along well with idly, dosa , paniyaram , idiyappam ,etc.
